Creating NetworksSteve has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, and he brings all his resources and energy with him. Steve has been involved with over 35 different organizations within the hospitality industry. Steve is a Board member of the MHEF (Maryland Hospitality Education Foundation), which is part of the RAM (Restaurant Association of Maryland). As a part of his commitment to the hospitality industry, he serves on the Professional Development Committee, along with the Pro-Start Committee. The Pro-Start Program works with area schools to educate teens about the hospitality industry. The program also has management and culinary contests, which encourages over 75 area school to participate in the competition.
